The S-2CONNECT Pro Tracking and Monitoring Kit from TT Electronics has been designed for supporting the rapid development of IoT applications and devices. The device comes with out-of-the-box hardware such as S-2CONNECT Hub and S-2CONNECT Sense device incorporating temperature, humidity, light, and acceleration sensors.
The Pro-Kit can access the services provided by TT Electronics such as database, MQTT broker, microservices, and firmware hosting. During the subscription period, the users can access the user interface for managing device configuration, provisioning, and monitoring offered by the S-2CONNECT.
With the help of the latest GNSS and LTE technology, the S-2CONNECT Hub can provide real-time positioning data and transmission of that data over LTE Cat M1 or NB-IoT with 2G-fallback for global coverage. The S-2CONNECT Hub supports 16MB QSPI flash memory/storage and ARM 32-Bit STM32L4 processor. The device operates at a temperature range from -30°C to 60°C and available in 155mm x 65mm x 20mm dimensions.
The S-2CONNECT sense is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device that supports 256kB/8MB memory/flash and ARM Cortex M4 processor and is designed to record temperature, humidity, light, and impact data and then transfer it to the nearest S-2CONNECT Hub. The S-2Conncet sense operates at a temperature range from -20°C to 85°C and available in 33.0mm x 64.5mm x 9.5mm dimensions.
